I joined Venn Group in November 2022, having previously worked in hospitality, due to the commission structure and training here which has a clear pathway for development.
I recruit for Local Government Corporate Services, but have previous experience within Central Government, Housing and Procurement during my time here. I enjoy Corporate Services as it allows me to speak to a wide range of candidates and experience recruiting for a variety of roles at a range of seniority levels. I am looking forward to continuing to progress and grow alongside my team.
A lot of time outside of work is either taken up with training for my local rugby team and playing on a Saturday, or visiting The Emirates to watch Arsenal.
