I joined Venn Group after graduating with a degree in Anthropology in 2021. I didn’t really know anything about recruitment before starting here and it wasn’t a career path I had considered before. Having said that, I think it was the best decision I could have made. I work in the London Local Government team where I’ve been lucky enough to work alongside and learn from some very established recruiters. This has enabled me to hit milestones and reach promotions quickly.
Alongside the day job, I am also the Social Secretary for our unit. The monthly socials are always very well received and have helped develop further friendships in the unit.
