​I joined Venn Group in June 2024 recruiting to the Housing Management and Support unit, and it’s a market I’ve really been able to get stuck into and enjoy. Before joining, I’d interviewed with a few other organisations, but something always felt missing. After my interview with Venn Group, I realised what it was — community. Working in a team-based environment means there’s always someone to share ideas with or help navigate tricky situations, and that support makes all the difference.

Outside of work, I’m usually reading, in the gym, or out hiking — all great ways to switch off and recharge.
