I joined Venn Group in the spring of 2021 following the completion of an Economics degree. After speaking with my now manager I realised that the Milton Keynes office was going to be a great fit for me.
I specialise in interim healthcare recruitment and mostly work in the fields of HR and Communications. This has given me exposure to the inner workings of our nation’s healthcare system and has afforded me the opportunity to work with some truly incredible people, whilst also supporting a whole host of vital NHS initiatives.
Venn Group’s team-based approach is what makes working here so enjoyable. Anyone who has worked in recruitment will tell you that it’s full of ups and downs, but being able to lean on your team when the going gets tough is what separates us from the rest of the industry.
