I joined Venn Group in 2006 – what now feels like a lifetime and “different person” ago. I decided to work for Venn Group - my first “proper job” after my Law degree, master’s degree and 18 month travelling stint because the company truly set itself aside within the industry. Venn Group had a reputation for excellent training, support to its consultants and team ethos. This is something that has been evident and continued throughout my 15 years with the company.
This approach has allowed me to deliver a truly excellent service to both clients and candidates throughout this time, having personally placed close to 1000 people in varying sectors.
I continue to get as much of a thrill in securing somebody a new assignment as when I started – my continued aim is to maintain this superb service within the legal sector and find another 1000 candidates the right opportunities at the right time.
