​I joined Venn Group in May of 2024 and I’m part of the Private Sector Finance team.

There are 3 main reasons that I joined Venn; the progression opportunities, the team-centric culture and the fast-paced nature of interim recruitment.

The progression speaks for itself, with the Pathways and Milestones system being so transparent and achievable it becomes easy envision your development and plan for a future at Venn Group. Having grown up consistently playing team sports, the collaborative environment was crucial as well – it makes such a difference having a team that genuinely wants to see you succeed, because it means they will too! Interim recruitment sells itself, it means that you can stay busy even in quiet markets and because of its natural fast pace, no two days are ever the same.

Outside of work I do enjoy my food, my parents both come from culinary backgrounds, so I’ve been lucky enough to grow up with great homemade cooking. I find myself trying to replicate that now, but I reckon there’s a long way to go!
