I specialise in permanent recruitment for local authority and public sector clients, with a particular focus on legal roles. Since joining Venn Group in 2010, I’ve worked closely with councils and public bodies across the UK, helping them to secure talented professionals who make a real impact.

I genuinely enjoy finding the right fit between client and candidate. When it works well, it’s a genuine win–win: the organisation gains someone who will thrive in their environment, and the individual takes a meaningful step forward in their career.

I’m naturally drawn to niche and complex roles, where success depends on more than just matching a CV to a job description. I like to go beyond the brief, taking time to understand what truly drives people and what each client really needs. That curiosity and attention to detail are what make the process rewarding and, I think, what lead to better long-term outcomes.
