I joined Venn Group in 2010 and initially worked in our private practice locum division. Whilst I enjoyed the fast pace of locum recruitment, I discovered that I found permanent recruitment to be more fulfilling and I now head up this division within our Midlands office.
I enjoy getting to know people, understanding their motivations and career plans and helping them find a position which allows them to realise their ambitions. Over the years I have successfully helped legal professionals of all levels from Paralegals to Partners, across all of the key legal disciplines. Legal recruitment is challenging but that makes it all the more satisfying when you are able to introduce people to organisations which they fit into perfectly.
Outside of work I enjoy walking my dog Amber, experimenting in the kitchen and occasionally dusting off my dancing shoes and throwing some shapes.
