I started my career with Venn Group in the Summer 2019, it’s been a whirlwind few years - I would not have it any other way!
Coming from an Engineering background in recruitment, having the chance to work in the construction sector really fascinated me. I believe that the construction sector brings out the best in me when it comes to building relationships with multiple clients from companies and showing my personal skillset.
The reason I joined Venn Group? Meeting with my Director and Managers at first instance made my mind up straight away. (Luckily, they thought the same!) Their energy and respect blew me away. The team(s) I work with, the togetherness and teamwork make it easy for me to come in to work every day.
When I’m not at work, my weekends consist of spending time with my partner and our two sons, which means our weekends are just football, football and football!
