I started my career at Venn Group in April 2011 as a Consultant on the Public Sector Legal Team in our Birmingham Office. In 2016 I undertook a Managerial position and have since grown and developed my team into experts in their field. I am passionate about leading and nurturing talent, to ensure we continue to provide an excellent service to our clients across the country.
We recruit legal professionals at all levels across the Midlands, East of England and the Home Counties in a variety of public sector organisations to include Local Government, Universities, Police, NHS, Charities and Housing Associations. I am proud to say that together we have established ourselves as market leaders in Public Sector locum legal recruitment, through the provision of a consultative, tailored approach to both employers and job hunters alike.
Recruitment is challenging and it’s definitely not for everyone but I am privileged to be part of a company that really does reward you for the work you put it. The training is outstanding and you will always have the support of your team to celebrate the highs and help navigate you through the lows.
Outside of work I love to spend time with my family, go raving with friends and try to go on as many holidays as possible!
