After a few years spent in Education teaching music to secondary school children I decided to give my ears a break and go down a completely different career path to work in Recruitment. Venn Group was the only agency that I interviewed for, but I instantly knew that it was an environment and atmosphere that I wanted to work in. The office and location has a great corporate feel, and you are never short of places to get amazing food and drinks.
The team structure means that you are always encouraged and supported on days where it feels very fast-paced, and there is always somebody there to answer questions. Hard work is rewarded through the Pathways and Milestones programme and you can easily keep track of your career and pay progression.
