I joined Venn Group in September 2022, from a duty management role within leisure, and came in with little to no experience of recruitment. I was looking for a career path which rewarded success and the prospect of working within a clear Pathways & Milestones structure immediately appealed to me.
I have found the Local Government sector to be a fast-moving and competitive field that requires a committed and tailored approach to match the needs of both candidates and clients.
Since joining, I have had great leadership from the management team who have constantly offered their insights and experiences into how to best progress in my career. I very much look forward to progressing with Venn Group and exploring all that the recruitment industry has to offer.
