I joined Venn Group in September 2024. What I value most about the organisation and my team in particular is the unwavering commitment to collaboration. There is a genuine culture of collective success, where consultants readily share candidates and work cohesively to ensure that every outstanding professional is matched with the right opportunity, even when it falls outside their own client base.

Recruiting within the interim public sector legal market presents unique challenges that are equally rewarding. Knowing that my work directly supports the quality of staff within the public sector motivates me to give my best every day. Few experiences compare to the satisfaction of placing a high-calibre candidate after months of dedicated effort, knowing they will make a tangible difference to the client’s organisation.

Beyond my work, I am an avid writer currently authoring a crime novel, which I aim to publish in early 2026. I support non-league football, following Maidstone United both home and away. Additionally, as an approved AQA Associate Examiner for English Literature following my QTS, every year, I mark a bulk of GCSE papers.
