I started my career at Venn Group in 2016 on the Housing Management team and haven’t looked back since. I thoroughly enjoy working in this market and learning more and more about it from conversations with both candidates and clients on a daily basis.
I chose Venn Group mainly due to their team approach in recruitment, the social aspects and their clear progression structure. Over the past 4 years I have built up a good network of candidates and clients setting up flexible agreements that support them and their goals which has allowed me to continue working with them on a regular basis as a preferred partner.
I enjoy working at Venn Group as there is always something to do, the days go by quickly and I feel a real sense of achievement by the time my day finishes. I was promoted to Senior Consultant in 2017 and not long after promoted to Executive Consultant in 2018, my career goals are to one day manage my own desk and team of consultants. My biggest drive is making placements, I get a real sense of a job well done when a candidate gets offered a contract.
