​I joined Venn Group in March 2024 because I wanted to be part of a collaborative and supportive team—and that’s exactly what I found. The teamwork here is brilliant, and I love working with people who are just as committed and driven as I am.

I recruit for social housing roles, which is such a varied and interesting market. No two days are the same, and I really enjoy helping people find the right opportunities while making a positive impact in the sector.

Outside of work, I like playing badminton and catching up with friends—whether that’s over food, drinks, or just a good chat.
