Sophie Campbell

​I joined Venn Group in February 2024 after working in Payroll, looking for a new role with real opportunities to grow. Venn Group stood out to me for its clear progression paths and supportive environment.

I started in the Private Finance team before moving to the Private Legal team in March 2025, where I now recruit legal professionals into private sector roles. I enjoy the fast pace and variety the role offers, along with the satisfaction of helping candidates take the next step in their careers.

My favourite thing about working here is the people – the positive, social atmosphere makes every day enjoyable.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, trying new restaurants, and planning my next holiday!
