I joined Venn Group in August 2019, a month after graduating in Law from the University of Leeds. I have worked in some capacity since being 13 years old but this was my first office-based, professional role. Joining Venn Group was an easy choice for me, due to the team spirit of the company which distinguished it from other recruitment agencies. Working as an Executive Consultant on the North Legal Team, I specialise in connecting solicitors, legal executives, fee earners, paralegals and other legal professionals to rewarding locum roles across the North West of England. 2020 was a very challenging first full year in the role, despite this, I was thrilled to start 2021 with three promotions and a wealth of clients and candidates that I enjoy maintaining great working relationships with.
