In April 2013, I decided to leave the country life in Devon as a tree surgeon to join the London office at Venn Group. I felt my own personal values and growth plans aligned very closely with the business, but my biggest driver was undoubtedly climbing the ladder and finding a new challenge. In January 2016 I was promoted to Manager and since then I have led and created multiple, successful teams across a variety of sectors and industries. January 2020 saw me undertake my biggest challenge yet by moving to our regional Thames Valley office and overseeing our Corporate Services team, and I have most recently been promoted to Senior Manager of the Reading office.
My motivation and desire to progress is stronger now than ever before and my journey at Venn Group is certainly not stopping any time soon!
