My career at Venn Group started as a fresh faced graduate in 2008 who wanted to progress with a business that shared my passion for success and meritocracy. Twelve years later I proudly oversee four teams who are experts in their field and are passionate advocates for the NHS and wider Public Sector into which they recruit. The honesty, integrity and progression I was promised on day one has been delivered on time and time again throughout my career so far. Although I have inherited a few more grey hairs along the way!
At the start of 2021 I was tasked with growing another new team from scratch into a brand new market for Venn Group – Allied Health Professions – which will help the NHS to secure the best interim staff across the Midlands for vital front line roles. Our success in being awarded to the new RM6161 framework for Clinical Staff reflects our reputation in this sector. We are determined to deliver the kind of service the NHS will need in what is its most challenging time. I could not be more excited about having the responsibility for this team and can’t wait to see our progress.
