Recruitment wasn’t something I was looking at when I joined the Venn Group Training Program in 2014, but it has been a fantastic journey since and one that I am incredibly proud of.
I have enjoyed multiple promotions in tandem with the breaking of new markets which has now led me to having a passion for marrying the skillsets of our candidates with the diverse needs of our clients. The world of Recruitment is ever-changing and it's fast pace nature keeps me on my toes and drives me to continue on the path which has allowed me to progress my career.
Venn Group has a unique organic structure which rewards ambition with promotion and I am excited to see what I can achieve in the next few years.
