Having spent longer than was acceptable skiing and enjoying summer seasons in the alps, I joined Venn Group in June 2010 as a Consultant on the Financial Services team. What drew me to the organisation was the team based environment, training and support it provided. From day one it was clear that if you worked hard and listened to the advice given, there was no limit to the success you could achieve. The guidance I’ve received from my Director and many others across the business during my time at Venn Group has been invaluable. The collaborative and encouraging nature of the company promotes and celebrates success.
I enjoy working in the dynamic, ever evolving world of Financial Services and have learnt much from the relationships I have developed with clients and candidates over the years. My greatest achievement as Manager of the team is helping my colleagues achieve their goals, promotions and collectively growing our unit from strength to strength whilst incorporating Venn Groups core values. The teams dedication and unrelenting commitment to providing the best service to our candidate and client base has meant we are proud suppliers to many of the world’s leading Financial Services Organisations. I’m now responsible for recruiting for and managing Finance, Risk, Operations, Compliance and IT placements within these organisations.
Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my family and friends and taking a holiday when I can. As a proud Welshman I particularly enjoy my rugby and supporting the country in whatever sport it's managed to qualify for!
