I joined Venn Group in the summer of 2012, having recently finished a degree, seeking a first step on the career-ladder. The best part of a decade later I’m proud to be able to say that I’ve progressed from knowing virtually nothing about recruitment to leading a team of specialist consultants.
It was the people that attracted me to Venn Group in the first place and it’s the people that have kept me here. Recruitment is a sector, undoubtedly, full of variety and challenge and it would be considerably harder to get through those challenges, or to enjoy the rewards, without such a fantastic group of individuals as we have here at Venn.
Away from work, I try to lose as few golf balls as possible and have a young family to keep me on my toes.
