1st Line Support Analyst
We are working with a public sector organisation in London who are looking for a Service Desk Analyst to help support the team in their BAU operations.
Core deliverables of this post include:
- Solve basic IT issues and 1st Line requests
- Previous experience using Windows 10
- Demonstrable initiative and commitment to the role
- Re-imaging machines and installing in offices
- Move equipment around the school
Required skills/experience includes:
- Proven ability in successfully managing Windows 10
- Previous 1st line support experience needed
- Ability to demonstrate strong communication skills including at senior levels and present both written and verbal
- Responsible for handling support of service requests which relate to all technology including workstations, servers, printers, networks, and vendor specific hardware and software
- Possess an in date or recent enhanced DBS
Location: London
Salary: £130 umbrella
