IT Service Desk Analyst
We are working with a prestigious University based in London who are looking to take on IT graduates or Junior IT professionals wanting to take the next step in their IT career.
Core deliverables of this post include:
- 1st Line Service Desk to staff, handling calls, emails, chat and service management tool raised incidents, service requests and queries
- Provides 1st line support across the complete range of technologies, products and services delivered by ICT to the College, including end user computing, communications, collaboration, audio visual, cloud, data, integration and line of business applications
- Provide face to face support to staff to help resolve incidents, fulfil service requests and address queries
- Logs queries, incidents and service requests on the service management system and acting, where required, as an interface between the customer 2nd and 3rd line support staff
- Escalates any operational problems to more senior colleagues
Required skills/experience includes:
- Previous experience in providing 1st Line Support or customer service skills
- Aptitude for troubleshooting and innovative problem solving
- Have great communication skills
- Possess a recent degree in any IT course
Length: 3 months+ (potential to go perm)
Location: London
Day rate: £143 per day
