Accommodation Advisor wanted for an exciting opportunity

Location:          Cambridgeshire

Length:            12 month contract

Hours:              Part time (14.5 hours per week)

Responsibilities:

• Reviewing and approving online applications, checking and approving eligibility requirements, answering queries; updating online and database records
• Managing the accommodation to its maximum potential
• Interpreting and implementing housing legislation and ensuring compliance with tenancy agreements
• Providing advice and assistance to tenants and applicants as appropriate
• Investigating and responding to tenant complaints
• Undertake financial and other audit checks monthly
• Inspecting properties both prior to, during and at the end of tenancy agreements

Requirements:

• Experience dealing with accommodation, lettings or rentals
• Excellent knowledge of Administration and IT systems (Microsoft Office)
