Team Leader Vacancies to be filled
Venn Group have been approached by a Charity and would like to introduce the following positions available:
Position: Accommodation and Community Team Leader
Location: Rochdale
Rate: £26,200 - £28,200
Length: Permanent
Hours: 36 hours per week
The role will predominantly involve:
- Produce accurate reporting on impact and outcomes for the operations manager
- To assess the risks of the work we do, the people who use our services and complete risk management plans to address any risks identified, reviewing risk on a regular basis.
- To actively engage the people who use our services and promote involvement in the service.
- Multi-agency working to ensure contractual requirements are followed
- Case management and case quality audits, date base oversight
- Respond to safeguarding concerns when identified
The successful candidate must have experience in a similar role to the above, an Enhanced DBS, Drive, and be able to start at short notice
