A position has arisen for a full time, Spanish speaking Account Coordinator for a large commercial organisation in Watford.
The position will build and maintain strong client relationships by serving as the lead point of contact for dedicated customers.
- Manage activities through to completion and communicate back to the client
- Act as liaison between the client and in-house teams and collaborate with key internal stakeholders to drive the “One Stop” initiative
- Responsible to ensure account long-term profitability by understanding and ensuring current contractual terms and conditions are in place
- responsible for the retention of their existing client base, as well as soliciting client feedback and driving customer satisfaction
You will be provided with extensive internal training, arming you with all the skill you require to manage this critical function of the business, but you must be fluent, both written and spoken, in Spanish.
It would be highly advantageous if candidates had additional language skills in either German, Italian, French, Polish, Hebrew or Dutch but this is not essential.
