A reputable organisation based in the Birmingham area is looking to secure a part time Accounts Assistant position on a temporary contract basis whilst working fully in office.
Duties will include:
- Sales Ledger duties including invoicing
- Purchase Ledger duties including invoice processing
- Issuing customer statements as well as supplier statements
- Completing statement reconciliations
- Chasing debtors (Credit Control)
- Processing bank transactions
- Handling petty cash
- Completing payroll timesheets
The ideal candidate will:
- Have a strong and keen attitude towards work
- Possess experience of the above duties
- Possess good system skills including MS Excel
