Admin Team Leader Required
Hybrid with travel to sites in Leicester , Hinckley, Wigston, Melton on an ad-hoc basis| Interim for approx 9 months | ⏰ Full-time (37 hours per week)
About the Role
We’re looking for an Admin Team Leader to join a local authority in Leicestershire to assist in the management, coordination, and development of a comprehensive business support service across Direct Services, Adults & Communities sites maintaining a high-quality responsive customer service
Key Responsibilities

To assist their managers in the co-ordination and management of all administrative and technical workloads

Ensure that all systems and records are accurately maintained and managed

To work with their managers on the recruitment, selection and induction of staff
- To allocate work amongst team members, establishing and negotiating priorities with customers, ensuring deadlines are met
- To assist their managers in ensuring that their teams maintain, effective information and data management systems including paper and electronic documents
- To oversee routine ordering and invoicing procedures undertaking more complex specialised ordering for projects or specialist equipment
About You
We’re looking for someone who has:

Administrative team leader/management experience

Able to travel between sites when needed
-
Customer service experience
Additional info:
- The nature of the work may involve the jobholder carrying out work outside of normal working hours.
- To support the administrative resource within other locality offices as and when required which may involve working at other localities on a temporary basis
- Flexible approach to working, this may require staff to work from somewhere other than their designated office base, which may include local touchdowns/other offices or from home.
