New Interim Opportunity – Administrator
Venn Group have a new opportunity for a Administrator to join a large NHS Trust in the Southeast, please see below:
Job: Administrator
Location: Horley / hybrid working
Salary: £11.53 - £13.17 PAYE inc holiday pay or £12.48 - £14.34 umbrella
Hours: 37.5 hours
Duration: 3 months
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Supporting the implementation of specific workstreams and team functions
- Supporting the delivery of a comprehensive administrative service, including secretariat for meetings
- To assist with the organisation and delivery of training and events e.g., maintain records of all events, liaise with the Patch Associate Deans and Training Programme Directors on upcoming courses, attend the course and provide virtual administrative support
- Provide support to key meetings
- Responsible for processing invoices through Oracle (training will be provided)
- General office duties, including drafting correspondence and documents, dealing with telephone enquiries, participating on office/team rotas and filing
- The post holder will work closely with the clinical faculty (e.g., Heads of Schools, Training Programme Directors), University colleagues, Business Managers, local education providers, Colleges, and other external stakeholders to ensure the delivery of consistent services within Programme Management
It is essential that the successful candidate has:
- Experience working in a fast-paced administrative environment, preferably within the NHS or healthcare setting
