We are currently supporting a school in Abingdon to recruit an Administrator to cover a sickness related absence for 3 weeks.
Some of the key duties:
- Undertake reception duties, answering routine telephone and face to face enquiries and signing in visitors
- Provide routine clerical support e.g. photocopying, filing, faxing, emailing, complete routine forms
- Sort and distribute mail
- Undertake routine administration e.g. registers/school meals
We are looking for candidates with administrative experience and available for a start on the 5th June.
