A position has arisen for an Administrator within a Housing Association based in Greater Manchester. This is a key role on a temporary ongoing basis.
The successful candidate must have experience in Compliance Administration
Administrator
The day to day duties will include:
- To provide a full and comprehensive administrative support service to the Asbestos Team Leader in order to support the management of Asbestos
- Ensure statutory compliance with asbestos regulations
- Liaise with and process queries from internal and external partners relating to the management of Asbestos
- Planning & arranging surveys and asbestos abatement/removal appointments via one note diary
- Liaison with planners and empty homes teams to arrange isolations of gas, electric and plumbing service
- Post works liaison with planners for reinstatement works
- Storing information in documotiv
- Distribute Asbestos reports to internal and external customers
- Extracting information to assist with performance monitoring and producing statistical information from databases and spreadsheets
- Attending weekly progress meetings and providing relevant updates to the team leader and the senior repairs manager
- Maintain, analyse, input and extract information from the Asbestos register, systems and database
- Maintain and distribute Asbestos reports to internal and external customers
- Extracting information to assist with performance monitoring and producing statistical information from databases and spreadsheets
Desirable skills / knowledge
- Knowledge of Asbestos regulations
- Own transport (mileage paid)
- Experience of using MS teams, CRM, Open Housing and documtiv
