A leading University are looking for an Administrator to join their Student Hub team. The post holder will provide first line support services to students and staff during the enrolment period.
Your duties will include:
- Provide a range of support services to students, staff, and external agencies
- Receive phone calls and resolve student related queries issues being the first point of contact for students
- Record interactions and information into the student record system
- Maintain up to date knowledge of procedures and policies regarding students and safety guidelines
- Provide support and guidance on Hub processes and procedures and communication channels for school or service-related information
- Produce student status letters, council tax exemption letters and replacement student IDs in accordance with university regulations
successful candidate profile:
- Substantial experience of successfully delivering a customer focused service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work on site 5 days per week
- Immediately available to start a new position
- Experience working in the Higher Education sector is highly desirable but not essential
Hourly rate: £13.39
Location: East London
Length: 2 months ongoing
