Venn Group is currently working with a school in Berkshire for a School Administrator. They are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic candidate to join the team to create a positive and stimulating environment
Salary: £17,000
Location: Berkshire
Hours: 07:30 – 15:30, Monday – Thursday, Friday – 7.30am – 15.00.
Job Responsibilities:

To provide an effective administration support service for the school
-
Arrange cover for new and continuing absences on a daily basis
-
Organising daily short supply teachers
-
Authorising Time Sheets
-
Managing request system, ensuring forms are authorised, cover arranged and maintaining records and filing system

Recording student’s medical issues and maintaining filing system
-
Managing the room booking application to book rooms as and when changes are required
The successful candidate will have:
-
A minimum of GCSE in Mathematics & English or equivalent
-
Strong attention to detail and able to produce work with a high level of accuracy
-
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
-
Excellent organisational skills
-
Plan own work schedule to meet agreed deadlines
-
Ability to work as a member of a team
-
Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
-
Ability to show sensitivity and objectivity with confidential issues

Fully proficient in using IT systems, including Excel and Microsoft Word
