Job description: A well-established organisation in West Yorkshire is currently recruiting for an Administrator to join their team on an interim basis for 6 months initially. This is a hybrid role with requirement to be on site in Leeds a minimum of two days per week and the flexibility to increase that on an ad-hoc basis depending on workload.
This is an exciting opportunity where the successful candidate will be able to add-value in a transformative and worthwhile organisation.
The successful candidate will be:
- Managing the recruitment mailbox and calendar
- Booking meetings, interviews and assessments
- Supporting face to face interviews
- Undertaking pre-employment checks
- General administration support
- Preparing shortlisting summaries
It is essential that candidates applying for this role have advanced Microsoft Office skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team yet also capable of working on own initiative and without direct supervision.
