Job Title: Administrator
Job description: Venn Group has partnered with a large organisation based in the Warwickshire area to find an Administrator
Responsibilities:
- Resolving invoice disputes
- Taking payments for invoices
- Processing manual credits and debits to correct amounts
- Cash allocation
- Updating account information onto a bespoke system
- Generating statements and issuing copies of invoices and proof of delivery
The ideal candidate will:
- Have good organisational skills
- Be able to pick things up quickly
- Possess good Excel skills
