Our client, a charity in the Cambridge area; are currently recruiting for an Administrator for their service which specialises in supporting clients with drug and alcohol dependencies
Length: 2-3 months ongoing
Location: Cambridge
Hours: 37 hours Monday to Friday 9-5
Pay: £12 per hour including holiday pay
The position involves:
• Ensure that telephone calls from outside agencies, clients and the organisations staff are dealt with promptly and courteously, transferring calls to appropriate personnel when necessary
• Provide Clinical Administration support to the Cambridgeshire services
• Involves management of all batch printing and processing all FP10 prescriptions for the service
• Manage an electronic filing system to ensure that client data and information are kept in an orderly and accessible manner
• Provide project reception duties
• Distribute incoming / outgoing post and faxes
• Maintain adequate stationary stocks within the office
• Maintain petty cash systems
Essential requirements:
• Previous experience working with vulnerable adults
• Experience providing excellent customer service
• A recent basic DBS, preferably within the last year or willingness to obtain a new one
