Venn Group has been approached by a reputable contractor in the North to recruit for a Repairs Administrator in Widnes on a temporary to permanent basis.
As a successful candidate you will have previous experience in a similar role.
Day to Day Duties Include:
- Liaise with in house teams to complete repairs tickets
- Deal with a high volume of inbound calls relating to repairs queries
- Liaise with a variety of in house teams ensuring prompt resolution to queries
- Use Microsoft Office package, including Excel, to track and record information
- Use Open Housing and Salesforce
Essential Skills/Experience:
- Proficient in IT with previous experience using Excel
- Previous experience in a customer service role
Desirable Skills/Experience:
- Previous experience within Social Housing
