Administrator
Venn Group are currently partnered with a large healthcare organisation in the Wrexham area who urgently require an interim Administrator
The key role responsibilities are:
- Managing inbound and outbound calls- forwarding them to the relevant teams
- Updated and maintain the database/ shared folder
- Liaising with different consultants
- Provide general Admin duties
- Format Patient Letter responses
- Diary management on behalf of consultants
- Scanning and filling documents
- Collated information and send to numerous teams
Please note that the ideal candidate needs to do well under pressure and be a quick learner.
