Venn Group is currently representing one of our healthcare clients based in the Oxfordshire area, in order to source an interim Administrator with good audio typing experience. This role is full time (37.5 hours), paying £10.45 per hour + holiday pay for a minimum of three months.
Your duties will include:
- Handling incoming/outgoing calls
- Covering the reception desk when required
- Formatting and typing letters
- Inputting data into Excel spreadsheets and managing the calendar (Outlook)
- Other general administrative tasks as required
The successful candidate should have:
- Experience with MS Office packages
- Demonstrable audio typing experience
- Experience of providing administrative support
- Effective communication skills
This role is ideally suited to an experienced administrator who is looking to join a well-established, innovative team.
