Venn Group's specialist HR division are pleased to be recruiting for an experienced Administrator on a temporary contract with an established organisation based in Leeds City Centre. Prior experience using Systm One is essential.
The post holder must have good communication skills and the ability to liaise with and support Managers on a range of administration issues.
Your duties will include:
- Utilising Systm One
- Providing support on general administrative activities including telephone correspondence and welcoming all individuals
- Using systems and Microsoft packages to input and deliver data
- Booking and arranging rooms for various meetings
- Communicating with managers and acting as a point of contact when required
- Working to the agreed KPI’s and timescales
