Duties will include:
- Maintain accurate records of customer contact through the CRM system
- Responsible for printing, copying and scanning documents
- Send out letters to customers
- Raise purchase orders for materials
- Update spreadsheets
- Liaise with internal teams
- Administer and respond to customer enquiries via email and phone
- Ensure accurate records are kept relating to customer repair logs
