A leading Mental Health Charity are looking for an Admin Assistant to join their Learning Development Team support for to assist during a very busy period for the Organisation. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who has a passion for working with vulnerable people and have an interest in the Charity sector.
Your duties will include:
- Carrying out general administration – filing, scanning, sorting through letters
- Dealing with petty cash
- Managing office supplies
- Maintaining office system e.g. storing paperwork
- Dealing with onboarding admin duties
- Filing documents of employee information
- Other adhoc and administration duties for HR team
Candidate profile:
- Excellent IT skills (MS packages and Excel)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Current holder of an enhanced DBS
- Ability to work with vulnerable people
