Venn Group is currently working with a Healthcare organisation based in Brighton who are looking for a number of Administrators to join their team for a 3 month temporary assignment.
Rate: £10.45 per hour
Location: Brighton
Hours: Full time (37.5 hours per week)
Job Responsibilities:

Receiving incoming calls from patients and booking their appointments

Responding to patient queries
-
Taking messages and passing them on to clinicians

Responding to calls from clinicians
-
Making outgoing calls to book patient appointments
The successful candidate will have:
-
Demonstrable equivalent experience in carrying out administrative duties
-
Good communication and organisational skills
-
The ability to respond sensitively to phone calls including from people who may be distressed or angry
