Job Title: Administrator
Venn Group is pleased to be recruiting on behalf of a Healthcare organisation in West Yorkshire who are looking for an Administrator to support their community nursing team with patient bookings, reception duties and other administrative tasks.
The successful candidate will have experience in administration, and any NHS or Healthcare administration experience would be extremely desirable. Good communication skills are a must, along with the ability to use IT systems.
Any SystmOne experience would be very beneficial to your application, but is not essential as full training will be provided.
Your duties will include:
- Booking in patients for appointments, managing cancelations and rearranging when required
- Liaising with patients, nurses, managers and other administrators, answering queries and passing on information
- Updating the internal patient database
Essential Skills
- Previous administration experience
- The ability to communicate effectively
- IT skills
