Administrator x2
We are currently working with 2 organisations in the Leeds area who are seeking experienced Administrators to join their team on a full time basis. Both roles are fully office based.
Hours: 37.5 - office based
Sales Admin – Permanent
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Deal with pricing enquiries internal and external
- Prepare accurate reports
- Monitor and evaluate sales performance
- Maintain customer discount quotations and product prices on SAP
- Issue Customer price lists
Shipping Administrator – 9 month
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Check and file all shipping and import documents
- Ensure all records are maintained and updated
- Deal with queries
- Collate all documents
