Length: 2-3 months
Hourly Rate: £12.65 via umbrella
Venn Group are currently working with a public sector organisation in the Southwest, who are seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide temporary support for up to 9 weeks for the Executive team.
This is a full-time role working up to 37.5 hours a week, and 4 days on-site in Yeovil, and an optional day from home.
You will be responsible for providing general administrative support including but not limited to:
Producing reports, collating & gathering information as required and general data entry
Establishing and maintaining effective systems and procedures for supporting the Trust
Undertaking small project work, for example research and support
The successful candidate will have demonstrable administrative experience, and have good IT skills (Excel & Word) as well as excellent time management.
