Venn Group’s specialist legal team are currently working with a Local Authority based in Berkshire, who are known for their welcoming and friendly team culture and are recruiting for an Adult Social Care Lawyer to join their department.

Role Details:

1. 3 months
2. Full-time role (37 hours per week)
3.  Hybrid working

Responsibilities for the Adult Social Care Lawyer:

1. Hold a case load of COP/ Adult Social Care cases / Judicial Review cases
2. To work as part of a team
3. Work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines
4. Conduct your own advocacy
5. Provide advice to a wide range of stakeholders

The ideal candidate will have:

1. Experience working as an Adult Social Care Lawyer within Local Government
2. Solicitors and Barristers will be considered
3. Hold a current Practising Certificate
4. The ability to attend the office once a week
