Locum Adult Social Care Lawyer – up to £55 per hour – North West

Venn Group’s expert Legal Team are pleased to be recruiting for a Locum Adult Social Care Lawyer to join an established Local Authority in the North West. This post will be for an initial period of 3 months, with a strong possibility of extension.
The role will be performed on a remote basis, with travel required for monthly team meetings. They are ideally seeking someone on a part-time 2.5 day per week basis.
The ideal candidate will be a Qualified Solicitor, Barrister, or CILEX with ASC experience.
The successful adult Social Care Solicitor will be required to take on a varied caseload including, but not limited to:
- Court of Protection applications
- Deprivation of Liberty
- Ordinary Residence
- Mental Capacity queries
