Adult Social Care Locums - North of England

Job description: We are currently working on several fantastic opportunities to join Local Authorities in the North as an Adult Social Care Locum. The clients are looking for someone to start on a remote basis for an initial 3 months. We are recruiting for both part-time and full time positions.

Main Responsibilities:

• Handling a caseload of Adult Social Care files suitable for the working arrangement
• Dealing with Court of Protection, Deprivation of Liberty and Mental Health matters

• Handle welfare applications including S.21 and S.16

• Provide general advice

Hourly Rate: £50 - £55 per hour

Recent Adult Social Care experience is essential, as they need candidates that can hit the ground running.Candidates must have worked in a Local Authority. Candidates will need to be a qualified Solicitor or Barrister.
