Inside IR35 – Locum Adult Social Care Paralegal – North East

Venn Group’s expert Legal Team are pleased to be recruiting for a Locum Adult Social Care Paralegal to join an established North East Local Authority. The assignment will be for an initial period of 3 months.

This role will ideally be fulfilled on a remote basis. Due to a backlog, they are ideally seeking someone on a full-time basis, (37 hours) however part time applicants will be considered.  

The workload will consist of handling applications for Deprivation of Liberty fo people in the community. 

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Paralegal, Qualified Solicitor, Barrister or CILEX with recent Adult Social Care experience within a Local Authority.
